3f sience day

Last week we had scientist day,it was really cool, no work amazing. There were experiments such as corny goo,static electricity,will it mix?,diving currants,magic balloon,dissolving and bubbly drink.. Each of the experiments were good but my favourite one was corny goo because you can actually do it like on your own.

The beenleigh historical village

On the 30Th of may 3f went on a excursion to the beenleigh historical village which i thought was great. First of all , everything was so old and the precious things were locked up.Miss peel gave us a small booklet called old beenleigh town there was a spot the things at the back too.I found a old toilet and a old light switch which was weird.At old school they had little drawing boards and what looked like a metal pencil. You had to listen or else the cane will speak with you. Luckily nowadays it's illegal to hit children with canes. I really liked it.

3f plants

This term 3f have been planting plants because at the end of term 2 we will be making a salad of our vegetables.My vegetable is the broccoli.It starts out really weird like a normalplant with two leaves.Of course each person has a group.The people in my group are Gabby,Luke,adam and me.There are seven vegetables Broccoli,Broad beans,Shallots,Onions,Carrots,Parsley and sweet basil. This is how my broccoli looks now.It was really fun.

Healthy me

I learnt that you must stay healthy or else your life won't be that easy. You must exercise too. Exercise WILL help you lose weight,it's fun and you'll stay healthy. Iwas not there.

ngutana- lui

Yesterday we went to a education. It was called Ngutana-Lui it is a fun place to learn about Aboriginal culture. We also learned what people used different things instead of the things we use now. We got to throw boomerangs. Then it was the boys turn. Even the teachers got to do it. Then we had to line up to get our faces painted. The people who owned the place names were Lisa, Robert,Uncle Wally and marlon There were four rotations one with each person. I LOVED IT !!!

Apples ain't apples

Yesterday the apple people came to visit our class . she taught us that every friut when its little it starts as a flower.she also told us that one of the apple farms in australia were flooded and still might be.at the end of the talk she said that we will have some apples. One green apple and one red one each we got .At the end of the day we each got a one pencil case each. There were four purple pencil cases and those cases were for the good people. the people who got them were Jean, Connor, Jett, and ME. but for a bit of it i was [and a couple of other studets] not there so it was a little confusing but my FRIENDS helped me anyway it was good.THE END
